Great pacing and atmosphere! :)
Thank you!
I absolutely adored this. You had me at short story adaption, those are far and few in between in horror gaming (even though the genre lends itself to it) but the ones I know are also great.
You have such a great sense for the whole drama and storyboard. The visuals are great, the switch of perspectives, the small little walking segments, the dialog - it was all a big delight, I had so much fun, there were so many neat little surprises in the story and how you told it. Gorgeous.
Guten tag!
Asatiir here, I absolutely enjoyed your LP! I definitely spotted a few things that need some cleaning up and fixing, I will definitely add those in an update. I have subscribed on my other account and will definitely watch more of your plays! You really made my day!
Despite me being a friend of the creator, I'm keeping bias to a minimum and the review short just like the game.
Overall, i found it to be a pretty enjoyable experience and a great adaptation of the radio drama of the same name, The pixel art was great, the music was pretty good for a gameboy homebrew game, and while the game is slow, It's not a slow mess where you are literally bored out of your mind, it's slow like reading a book really.
I also found it being a Gameboy game weirdly charming considering you don't see many of these sometimes.
Overall, I've enjoyed this short adaptation and I would *highly* recommend it if you're a story nut or if you just like gameboy homebrew!
Update: I literally just realized that this is the comment section and there's a way of reviewing games (I barely use itch shush)
I really enjoyed this. Great art. Nice comfy little story. I would definitely play more stories recreated like this. This is a novel concept you got here. Deff gonna share this one around.
Thank you! I definitely do have more planned in the future, I still have my main project to work on but more adaptations like this are coming
